Warranty of Merchantability

All our goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve their intended functions.

Terms of Warranty

We have no such terms.

Delivery Services

Delivery option is available through www.sarpinos.sg and applies to orders with a minimum delivery amount of SGD$19.65 before delivery charge of $3.50(Online Ordering), $4.00(Hotline).

Other factors will be taken into consideration and delivery terms and conditions may change. Users may call our hotline for more information prior to delivery services. Please note that all transactions are limited to Singapore only, not applicable for overseas. Products will not be shipped out of Singapore.

Delivery Delay Terms

Should there be any form of delay due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified of such incidents accordingly.

Payment Processing

Only cash on delivery, cheque payment or credit card before delivery are accepted. Accuracy in billing is ensured as all transactions are automatically processed.

Cancellation of Orders

If an order has been confirmed, and paid, and you subsequently would like to cancel the order, please call the restaurant to change the delivery time, to a time of your convenience, but we will not accept any cancellation refunds as once the order is paid for its final. The restaurant will allow you to change the time of the order, but there will be no refunds once you confirm the order

Confirmation of Orders

We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, customers will be notified immediately upon receiving order confirmations on our end.

Exchange & Refunds

If you have not received your order, or other issues exist with your order, please contact us at accounts@sarpinos.sg to review the matter and we will let you know if we can make a refund. There are no guarantees. This policy is separate from our cancellation policy, and is only for orders that have been placed and there are issues with the order. All orders are via Sarpino’s International Singapore Pte Ltd and please do not call the restaurant or the hotline, as it will be processed by our head office.
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Confidentiality of transactions

We treat all transactions and customers’ particulars with the strictest confidence.

Sarpino’s reserves the right to change this Terms at any time. Any such changes will be posted online. Questions should be directed to help@sarpinos.sg
